And with the holidays in full swing, the mall recently opened its doors to four more specialty and international restaurants that won the hearts of gourmets as well as foodies across the globe.
“The pandemic couldn’t stop the entrepreneurial spirit. We are happy to welcome these first specialty restaurants in Bulacan” says SM City Marilao Mall Manager Emmanuel Gatmaitan.

Giving new gustatory delights are Botejyu, Banh Mi Kitchen, Banapple, and Clyde’s Breads and Pastries. These are the first concept stores in Bulacan that bring authentic Asian cuisine as well as hearty and homey dishes perfect for holidays.
Botejyu has long been around satisfying customers with authentic and distinct heirloom recipes from all the regions of Japan since 1946. The restaurant offers well-curated food choices and a tasty mix of East Asian fare. What makes Boteyju special is that it boasts of its open-theater kitchen allowing customers to see how gourmet food are freshly prepared and cooked in traditional Japanese way.
