It’s the start of 2023 and as our usual wont, we create resolutions to see changes in our life. New Year seem to be the best time to do this. For this year, I’m sure that many of us want to change our lifestyle. With the scare COVID has brought into our lives for the past two years, we all realized that health and wellness is very important. Health is wealth and it is never more true during the height of the pandemic.

Wellness is an important goal to have for the new year. You can set goals to help you focus on wellness, such as getting more rest, exercising more, eating healthier, reducing stress, amd pampering yourself more.

You see, wellness is important because it allows us to achieve physical and mental health. When we are in a state of wellness, we are able to make positive choices that lead to a healthier lifestyle, which in turn can lead to improved physical and mental health. Additionally, when we are in a state of wellness, we can better cope with stress and build strong relationships with family and friends.

Before the day ended in our wellness crawl, me and my friends decided to try the services at Davids Salon

David’s Salon offers world-class hair dressing, fueled by Filipino passion. I chose to try their Moroccan Oil Treatment.

Moroccan oil hair treatment is beneficial because it helps to increase hair’s manageability, softness, and shine; it also helps to reduce frizz, breakage, and split ends. What more it helps to protect hair from environmental elements. Moroccan oil treatment helps nourish and hydrate hair. Believe me, after two years of not taking care of my hair because of the pandemic, my hair needs all the nourishment and hydration it could get.

So for almost an hour and half, a David’s Salon SM City Masinag senior stylist took care of my hair. After the shampoo and the head massage, he applied moroccan oil and let it rest. After the treatment, I was so happy with the result and I felt lighter amd my hair feel so great and smell so good!
