The happiest Christmas season at SM City Marikina is on with the grand Christmas Launch of “A Dazzling Holiday” last October 29, 2023.
Shoppers entering SM City Marikina will be greeted by a giant 3o – foot Christmas tree decorated with a merry orchestration of celestial stars and around are trees and sparkling tunnels of golden splendid. The towering display was lighted to officially start the Christmas season.
The Instagramable Christmas centerpieces were unveiled to the shoppers and were graced by Marikina’s finest. The Ana Emata School of Classical Ballet delighted the mallgoers with the children’s awesome ballet moves. The audience were serenaded with Christmas songs thru a play. And there were so much happiness when Santa appeared.
And in line with the launch of the holiday centerpieces, SM’s annual tradition of the Bears of Joy to keep and collect also begins at SM City Marikina. . For every two pieces of bear purchased, one will be given to a community charity. This year, Bears of Joy will be donated to chosen beneficiaries on Christmas.
The lighting of the Christmas tree were done by the following; SM Supermalls Asst Vice President for Operations Ms. John Brian Tarnate, Marikina Congresswoman Maan Teodoro with daughter Bella Teodoro, SM City Marikina Mall Manager Francis Brian Cruz, SM Supermalls Regional Operations Manager Mr. Don Edward Vijandre.
