SM Center Sangandaan will open thousands of job opportunities on April 24, 2026, as it mounts its first job fair, providing fresh prospects for jobseekers ahead of the nationwide Labor Day hiring events scheduled on May 1.
Spearheaded by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in partnership with the Caloocan City Public Employment Service Office (PESO), the event opens its doors to a wide range of applicants, including fresh graduates, returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and individuals exploring new career paths.
Participating employers will be on-site to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for possible immediate hiring. Jobseekers are likewise advised to bring multiple copies of their updated resumes, along with valid identification cards, to maximize hiring chances on the same day.
Beyond recruitment, the job fair will also feature participating agencies offering access to government services and information on skills development programs designed to enhance employability.
As part of a broader rollout of employment activities in Northern Metro Manila, additional job fairs are also scheduled in the coming weeks. SM City Grand Central will host its job fair on May 1, followed by SM City Valenzuela on May 4, expanding access to job opportunities across key urban centers in the region.
These sequential job fairs signal an intensified employment drive across Northern Manila, offering multiple entry points for Filipinos seeking immediate work opportunities and long-term career growth.
