Everyday needs can become harder to manage during challenging times. Sometimes, practical support—clean clothes, essential supplies, or access to services—can help families focus their time and energy on what matters most.
LG Electronics Philippines partnered with Addessa Corporation to bring Laundry Love to Brgy. Magliman, San Fernando, Pampanga, extending free laundry services and other forms of practical assistance to families in the community. Brgy. Magliman was among the communities in San Fernando severely affected by flooding, leaving many families in need of practical support as they worked to restore their daily routines.
The initiative was conducted in partnership with Project Care on Wheels, Addessa Corporation’s corporate social responsibility program for victims of calamities. Through the activity, LG provided free laundry services, while Addessa offered free service check-ups. Both companies also helped distribute relief goods and laundry essentials.
In total, the initiative served 211 families, with LG’s laundry facilities handling approximately 1.6 tonnes of laundry.

Practical support for everyday needs
Laundry is an essential household task, but access to washing facilities can become difficult when families are dealing with the effects of unexpected circumstances and disruptions to daily routines.
Through Laundry Love, LG makes its washing and drying technologies available to communities through free laundry services, helping families take care of one immediate household need.
In Brgy. Magliman, that support extended beyond washing clothes. The collaboration brought several forms of assistance together in one community initiative, combining LG’s free laundry service with Addessa’s free service check-ups and the joint distribution of relief goods and laundry essentials.
For the 211 families served, the activity helped provide practical assistance that could be used immediately in their homes and daily routines.
Working together to extend community support
The partnership also reflects the role collaboration can play in bringing assistance closer to communities.
By integrating Laundry Love with Addessa’s Project Care on Wheels, LG and Addessa combined their respective resources and services to respond to different everyday needs through a single community activity.
LG Laundry Love was launched in 2018 as a free laundry service program aimed at supporting communities, particularly during times of need. Since then, the initiative has served thousands of individuals across different communities by providing access to LG washers and dryers.
Bringing Laundry Love to Brgy. Magliman continues that effort through a local partnership designed around practical support.
More than the 1.6 tonnes of laundry completed during the activity, the initiative represented 211 families given one less household task to worry about—and a reminder that meaningful support can often begin with meeting the simplest everyday needs.
As Laundry Love continues to reach communities across the Philippines, LG Electronics Philippines remains committed to working with partners to use its technology in ways that help make everyday life better.
